Default drinking in europe

planning a 3 week trip to europe next summer, and will be visiting france, spain, italy, slovenia, hungary, czech republic, switzerland, germany and holand. The only problem is we will all be 17, will we ahve any problems getting served, and will we be alright going to bars, clubs and pubs?

You can google to find the legal drinking ages, and keep in mind that sometimes you can get beer and wine at a lower age than hard liquor. Generally if you behave yourselves and don't act like teenagers then you will probably be able to go into a restaurant and have a beer or wine with your meal, or go into a neighbourhood pub and have a beer or wine. Don't expect to get into nightclubs though. Dress well and behave and you'll improve your chances.

it's prohibited since you're minor still so don't risk it.

No it isn't. Look at Tim's link to see that it's completely legal in many of the places he's going.
