I found this article that talks about how Bank of America account holders can save at ATMs overseas. Does anyone know about other Banks that provide this kind of service? There is no BoA where in my city.

Googling Global ATM Alliance will turn up more info than what's in Noambit's article. And when he says "I found this article" he really means he wrote it but found that his advertising works better if he pretends to be a third person.
