Mcfees backpackers is now YHA WAS GOING TO STAY 3 DAYS BUT
LEFT AFTER ONE NIGHT DORM ROOMS HAVE TV IN. REALLY CAUSED A PROBLEM AS 1 PERSON WANTED TO WATCH FOREVER AND THE REST
OF US WANTED TO SLEEP ,THE KITCHEN CLOSES 10PM ,SO THERE IS
KNOW WHERE FOR PEOPLE TO GO TO READ OR WRITE OR TALK SO PEOPLE SITTING IN HALLWAY, IT REALLY DID SUCK,SO YHA HAVE A TV IN THE DORM IF ALL THE PEOPLE KNOW EACH OTHER AND HAVE THE KITCHEN OR
AN AREA WHERE PEOPLE CAN READ ,TALK ETC GET WITH IT OR U WILL
HAVE PEOPLE LIKE ME BAD MOUTHING YOU.

It sucks when hostels put TVs in the dorms. You either have someone who wants to watch TV when everyone else wants to sleep or everyone stays in their room watching the telly and no one socialises in the common areas resulting in a dead atmosphere.

Most people will be kind enough to consider others though, its a shame your room mates weren't
