Question

Hi, has anyone used any cheap airlines to fly within New Zealand? I've looked on here and found that airnewzealand seemto be very cheap at around £28.14 one way?!?! (to the penny-cash convertor!),that's from Auckland to Gisboune does this sound right?! Any help much appreciated, thanks Laura

Origin Pacific (www.originpacific.co.nz) also have good value fares, but they don't fly Auckland-Gisborne.

A late reply in case other members are looking for the same information. Origin Pacific went broke a while ago (probably because their fares were just too good to be true). But there are three airlines now operating internally. Air New Zealand, Qantas and Pacific Blue. I'm not allowed to give you ther urls but you'll get them from google. As an example I flew AKL/WLG last week for $59 on PacBlue and AKL/CHC two weeks ago for $79 on AirNZ.
