Anyone know of hostels in Melbourne and surrounding areas that have car parking available?

Thanks, Christina

Melbourne's hostels don't have very good parking facilities, but there are a few options.

Toad Hall is the only one in the city centre with parking. But parking here is limited so you would probably want to book ahead and check that they will have space for your car.

Enfield House in St Kilda and Spencer City Central also have parking.

Another option is Railway Hotel Backpackers in Brunswick. This place doesn't have its own off street parking, but there's a Safeway supermarket across the road with plenty of parking (I'm not sure how long you are allowed to leave your car there).

Queensberry hill YHA (in north Melbourne - howardstreet) near the vic markets offers a huge underground carpark. not sure of an extra charge is being added to the price of a room. anyway will it be cheaper than parking your car along the street, or in a commercial carpark.
