I stayed there over the New Year and the place is awful. Read the previous review in Jan 04 on the place, nothings changed.

The staff were most unfriendly, Security was abismal, things were going missing left right and centre while I was there and the staff were totally disinterested. The place was dirty even by students standards. Need I go on. All I can say is save yourself the bother and look for somewhere better to stay.

I fully endorse the previous post and if they do have Professional Cleaners in to clean the place then they need to take there business somewhere else, as there is little evidence of this. Unfortunately I didn't ask for the special rate for Bug users and apart from the location I don't feel the place was worth what it cost me, even if it was fully booked.
