We are two American girls living in Australia for a while.We are both taking some time off from University in the US to live here in Sydney. Katie is working in photograpy and Emily as a waitress. Some of our interests include traveling, photography, horse riding, SCUBA diving, traveling and cooking. We are looking for someone who is responsible as well as who knows how to have a good time! We do enjoy a drink or two or three... Preferably non-smoker, no smoking in the house.Someone or two people in their twenties with a laid-back attitude. Well behaved dogs are negotiable. There is a good sized fenced in yard for them to run. The location in the Northbridge. There is a bus stop across the street and it is about a 15-20 minute bus ride to Wynyard station. We are within a short walk to Northbridge shopping plaza as well as Northbridge baths and golf club. About the room... The room is a large unfurnished room with another smaller sun-room attached. As for asthetics there is a decorative ceiling as well as a stained glass window and a non-working fireplace with mantle in that room. The attached sun-room has some built in shelves and overlooks the backyard. This would be a good room for two people to share and split costs. We are not adverse to backpackers as this would be a good deal for the right people! The kitchen is fully equipped with more kitchen utensils than you could ever need. We have a television with DVD and Video as well as wireless DSL. If you haven't got your own computer you are welcome to borrow one of ours. There is a dining room as well as a bathroom with shower/bathtub. Overall it is a nice room in a good sized home. Nice to not to have to live out of your backpack if you are used to traveling!
