Default Alternative to Wicked Campervan

My sister and her boyfriend are intending to take a campervan on a certain leg up the Aussie East Coast - i'm not sure where but around (, Bryon Bay - Airlee Beach area. They were recommended Wicked Camper Vans but along with a lot of bad press and some independent bad reviews the time their an internal flight of theirs arrives (i'm not sure where) but it lands at 4pm, means the regional office where they would collect the wicked campervan from would have to stay open an extra half hour to ensure they were able to pick up the van the day they arrive. Their trip to Australia is a short one and they are on a budget and want to make every day count - they therefore need a van the day they arrive. My sister has been in contact with the company and they are unwilling to help - despite many internet searches it seems there are no alternatives to wicked campervans yet I have read that Wicked do not dominate the budget campervan market and feel there must be an alternative before one leaps into the realms of the non-affordable more high-end, campervans - if anyone can recommend any good companies for them i would be really grateful
Thanks

There are several options. Two of the more budget-oriented options are Hippy Campers and Travellers Autobarn.

I wouldn't want to recommend anything aside from Wicked but let me suggest Campervan Australia which has lined up over 30 vehicles from different operators. I would recommend that you get one of their agents and deliver your concern as much as they want to make it easy for their clients. Rates is the same with operators as wel..l so no overpricing around. And would even give discounts. It won't hurt if they ask for it

Default Does anyone live in Hawaii?

HILO, Hawaii — A official at the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center says Hawaii "dodged a bullet" after a major earthquake sent powerful waves roiling around the Pacific. It still will be about an hour before officials will be willing to give an all-clear in Hawaii, but there were no immediate reports of major damage around the Pacific rim. just tidal surges that reached up to about seven feet in some island chains.

It's scary stuff!!!
