I am wanting to give up my current position in London and go out to sydney to work for 6/9 months and then go travelling from there.

Is it easy to find a position while based in the UK before I head out, or best to wait until I arrive.

I currently work in accounts and wouldn't mind a similar position.

It is probably easiest to wait until you're in Australia. However, if you have previously worked through an employment agency that also has offices in Australia then it is worth contacting them to see if they can fix anything up for you.
