I'm just thinking about this at the moment but wondering if there was anyone else thinking the same thing? Maybe we could meet up and travel together or meet up once we get there? Also looking for travel tips and useful info about finding a job, place to live etc.

I'm also thinking about going out to sydney around june/july/aug time. have arranged my visa and just need to get the money together now. are you a boy or a girl? not that it matters but suppose it'd be nice to know a bit more about each other if we were going to meet up out there. are you going for quite a while, will you be looking for a job/apartment? are you going on our own or with some friends? so many questions. speak to you soon?

Im also look for a travel buddy for part of my trip,I'm off to Oz in November 04 (sooner if I can get enough money together) travelling to Sydney and then staying in Newcastle with a friend who's recently emigrated...hoping to then travel around the country,travelling alone for the first time so it seems a bit daunting!
