I am planning to take a wee scoot to Australia in September and would love a travel partner to have a few laughs with enroute. I hope to leave from Belfast or Dublin but may consider leaving from London or other major UK airports. I am not sure of what stopover I am going to take on my way there yet, so open to suggestions (I was thinking of Hong-kong).

I plan to spend about a year in the land of Kangaroos and sad tv soaps and then hop over to New Zealand for about 6months before returning through Asia.

I am a 25year old male from N.Ireland (and a very handsome one at that hehe), up for just about everything and anything, so if you want some company on your way to Oz and possibly have a wee bit of craic when we get there, give my a shout.

When are you thinking of going for a wee walkabout. My wheres and whens are still pretty much up in the air, so quite flexible as to when I am leave.

Ive got a mate living in canberra, so he will pick me up in Sydney, we have plans about travelling around Australia. Any advices when it comes to cheap places where we can stay for the night?
