Hi, I am a new member on this forum, because I would like some advice on backpacking in Australia.
I will finish university in a year, and would like to go on an unforgettable trip to Australia. I would like to go together with my boyfriend, we have been dating for 2 years now and are determined to stick together.
Here comes my problem; he wants to start working but I would love to go on an amazing trip before I commit to a company. I have travelled the world all my life and would like to take this opportunity to show him what the rest of the world is like.
He is concerned about not having enough money to last for about 6 months and having to live in unbearable conditions for months!
Could someone tell me what it approximately costs to go backpacking (per week or per month)? What certain major costs are? And how you travelled through Australia?
Please share your best stories, so I hopefully can convince him!
