Hello

Me and my mate are travelling to OZ on the 14th November until the beginnning of January. We just can't seem to decide what to do for Xmas or New Year. Would it be better sticking to one place for both? Ive heard that Byron Bay is supposed to be good for New Year but Im not sure if there will be much else to do for the rest of the fortnight. Has anyone spent time in Mooloolaba/Surfers/Brisbane/Sydney over the festive period? I would love to hear any information from you. The downside is that our flight leaves on 6th of Jan from Sydney so we cant be too far up the coast.
