Default Free accommodation in OZ

Why pay huge dollars for accommodation when you can travel around Australia for free! Become a member of Aussie House Sitters http://www.aussiehousesitters.com.au and look after someone's house, garden and/or pets in exchange for FREE accommodation. I am the owner of Aussie House Sitters and honestly believe that housesitting is one of the best ways to travel Oz - You don't pay anything for rent and you stay in a fully equipped HOUSE, not a cramped motel, dorm or caravan. If you register in advance of your travel you just might pick up one or a few housesitting jobs, so when you arrive you have a house ready and waiting for your care. Homeowners look for housesitters for short 1 to 2 week sits and anything up to 1 year or more sits. The only condition is you HAVE to care for the homeowners house and actually stay living in their house until they return. This means you obviously can't head off backpacking until the job is over but it also means you can experience the everyday real life in Australia. You can explore the local area and get to know the local people - you might even pick up some work in that area, while paying NOTHING for accommodation (you may be asked to pay for utility expenses; electricity, water usage, etc). Come and visit Aussie House Sitters on http://www.aussiehousesitters.com.au and register. "Smart people holiday for free!"
