BirdDog Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 1	Anita's Inn and Spanish Panama This hostel is located across the street from the construction site of a 14 story building. Daytime noises are quite loud. The noise also impacts SpanishPanama, the associated language school located in the same building
