Hey everyone. Someone might be able to answer this for me....I hope!

I recently booked a flight to NY JFK on Air India from Heathrow, changing @ JFK to fly Delta to Miami. I've been checking the flight daily on baa.com and its delayed by at least 2.5hrs each day. This means with the immigration situation in the US i'm likely to miss my conx to Miami.

I booked the flight through Travelocity but they are totally usless. I have tried & tried to get the 1st leg changed but cant get any sense out of them thats If I ever get through or their 'sytems aren't down'. If i'm unable to changed does anyone know what Delta are likely to say if I miss my conx cos of air india's delay? Views appreciated.
