Backpacking in OZ
Hi,
I've been saving for the best part of 2 years to go on a working holiday to OZ in Jan next year, so I often sit up until the early hours of the morning online researching OZ and possible of work for when I get there. I came across this unbelievable job yesterday, I applied and have already received a response, stating my application has been received and I will be contacted shortly. I can't believe I've been saving for this trip for so long when jobs like this exist.
It's the job of the week on an employment agency website www.keyrecruiting.com.au I've put the actual job details below.
This has got to be the best job ever? This is an opportunity of a lifetime for you and a friend.
We're recruiting a Backpacker to go Flashpacking around Australia for 12 month's all expenses
paid.
What is Flashpacking?
Flashpacking is a term derived from "flash" and " backpacking ". Flashpackers travel just like
backpackers, but they demand a higher standard of services, such as travel and
accommodation, and are prepared to pay more for the privilege. The term flashpackers has
also come to denote backpackers carrying expensive electronic gear.
What's included?
2 return flights to Sydney from anywhere in the world.
Laptop, moibile phone, GPS unit, digital camera and video camera.
Credit card with a $10,000.00 per month limit.
Mercedes Winnebago + Fuel for 12 months, or Accommodation, Car Hire and Flights to the
value of $10,000.00 per month.
What's the Catch?
You must provide on a weekly basis, 1 hour of video footage, and 25 digital photos, of
accommodation, restaurants, scenery, tourist attractions, clubs and pubs you visit, and
catalogue your route and timetable. The idea is travel around Australia in style but NOT ON A
BACKPACKERS BUDGET.
Who?
Anyone, no professional qualification, skills or experience are required.
