Hi All,
My bother is planning to visit me in US from UK. He is working in UK and has work permit till 2008. In the DS-156 form, should he fill in my details and tell in the visa interview that my brother is working in US on H1 or is it better to just say that I have a friend in US whom I am visiting. Does it hinder his chances of getting his visa once he tell about his brother working in US?

if your brother's stay in the United States of America doesn't exceed 90 days, he doesn't have to apply for visa at all. he can freely travel without it.

That depends on where he is from. The original post says that the brother is in the UK on a work permit but doesn't say what country the brother is actually a citizen of. The fact that he's currently in the UK is irrelevant.

I'm planning to visit my sister in US from UK. I'm in London on HSMP visa and working in IT industry. I'm Indian citizen. Is that possible for me to apply tourist / visitor visa from UK? Kindly advise.
