Travelling to usa with 14 yr old son
I am travelling to the usa from the uk in October with my son. I was planning to use the visa waiver program but unfortunatly earlier this month my son who is currently 13 got himself arrested for which he will receive a reprimand. What I need to know is does he now need to apply for a visa? Normally reading the rules I would say yes but given his age at the time of the crime he was 13 so classed as a minor so do the same rules apply? I will be very very happy if anyone can help me out with this one.
