Can I change my job with J1 visa?
If yes, what do I need to do?
On my contract it is stating:
"If you leave your employment without having been terminated by the employer or obtaining prior written authorization from XXXXXX Work Travel, you will be dismissed from the XXXXX Work Travel Program immediately
If you are dismissed from the XXXXX Work Travel Program for any reason, you
will be out of status on your J-1 visa."

Is that true? And is that legal? PLease help..

If it's in your contract then it's probably true and legally binding. How about you contact XXXXXX Work Travel and get written authorization to change jobs?
