Hi

I'm from the UK and im staying in the US under the visa waiver-I-94 right now this is my second time coming to the US , i had trouble getting in though because when i went back to the UK i was only there for 12 days and came back to the US , the boarder patrol officer told me i couldnt keep doing this and next time i go back to the UK i should apply for a Visa but i dont see anywhere that says i cant go back to my own country for so many days and not come back to the US. So what i'm wondering is can they deny me entry ?? or are they just trying to scare me cause i have read on other forums that they do this to alot of ppl and i also heard that if i apply for a new passport that they dont know that i have ever visited the US ? i somehow find this hard to understand , when i entered the US they took my fingerprints so if i did get a new passport and tried entering the US they would take my fingerprints again and they would have all my records .. am i right or wrong ?
