Hi, I have booked two tickets to Thailand for me and my boyfriend, 10th Feb - 3rd March. 3 weeks in total and a complete surprise for him.. his Xmas present.. I am looking for someone who has travelled Thailand and can give me some advise on the best route we should travel when we arrive. I am sure there are so many wicked places to see.. we can do internal flights/trains there, so looking for the route to be planned out before we go.. any help is appreciated, as I am bamboozled.. .. Co-incidence, this is the first time I've looked at this site and I'm looking for pretty much the same info. I'm travelling with my boyfriend to Thailand, hopefully for 3 weeks from the 2nd Feb - 23rd Feb. I've had a bit of advise from a friend who travelled round there last year. She recommended Koh Samet, a beautiful island, which is a 3hours bus journey then 30min boat trip from Bangkok. The are loads of internal flights from Bangkok airport, they're like busses aparently! Only about £30-£40 from there to Phuket and from there you can go onto the Phi Phi island or Koh Samui.
