Question

Hey everyone,
I'm planning on traveling to Europe but i figure if i can work and get if for free why not?, so does anyone know of any web sites which allow people to apply as tour operators, I saw bus-a-bout but they only want people 25 years or older (i'm 21) I say Age Discrimnation!!!

Try Contiki. Every once in awhile they'll do a job search and I've had a few friends that have worked with them. It will probably be difficult to get a job like this, however. Most tour companies want you to go through training and such in your home country first and work on more localized routes and that can take months. Good luck, though, and let us know how it turns out!
