spouse visa
I am a uk born female living in wales and i am engaged to an indian who is in uk on a student visa. He is working part time and i am a mum on benefits (income support). We do not live together. We want to get married but are worried as we don't want to get anything wrong. We cannot live together until after we are married as i will have to come off my benefits. Do u have any advice?
