Hello,

I have following documents handy. Can anyone please tell me whether I'm elligible for HSMP/GHSM Tier 1.
Age - 27 years
Salary - 30K per anum
UK Experience - 10 months
Staying in UK - since 2007
Qualification - Bachelor in Computer Science & Engineering
IT Experience - 5 years
Currently, I'm working in the client side through a well known Indian company with client's sponsored WP.
My company manages all the tax for me. They pay me Indian Basic salary and UK allowances.
If we add all of them it comes nealy 30 K per anum. I don't have P60.

Degree Qualifications:--
Original degree certificates ----- Yes, I've.
Salary Proof:-- 12 months worth of payslips [stamped and signed] ---- Yes, I've.
- Tax proof [P60] -------- I don't have
- 12 Months bank statements showing salary being deposited into your account--- Yes, I've.

Please confirm whether above documents are sufficient for processing GHSM Tier 1.
After getting this Visa whether I can continue working with my current organisation.
