The Great Ocean Road is a nice drive but in my opinion the best spot to visit in Victoria (other than Melbourne) is the Grampians. It's a scenic spot but the wildlife is the main reason most people come here.

Phillip Island is also worth visiting for koalas and penguins, although watching the penguins in Bicheno (Tasmania) is a more natural experience.

Wilsons Promontory is a nice spot if you like hiking but otherwise I would opt to spend more time in the Grampians.
