What I thought was wrong and needs inprovement- The receptionist was rude.- The food was gross... people staying with me bought sandwiches to eat instead of your tea.- We got hardly any food... a big plate with hardly any food.- The carpet was terrible.- The elevator was slow and kept on stuffing up.What I found good at your hotel.- Lots of showers.- Clean bathroom.- Beds were comfortable.

queensberry hill is a good, clean and safe place to stay (lockers for your backpack only need a padlock) the rooftop (with BBQ) is excellent and gives good views over the CBD of melbourne. the hostel has over 250 beds and misses the atmosphere you would get in smaller places.
