The staff is friendly and helpful, and it's very easy to meet a lot of interesting people, because there is a lot of free meeting space. From the train station, take the tram number 11 and get off at Kurt Schumacher Strasse (5th stop, I guess), then cross the river Main and you will find the hostel 100 metres on your left. The showers were always hot and they have a mini bar. The staff were extremely helpful, although the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The Rooms were very well presented and we could find no fault with the cleanliness of the hostel.
