my friend and i stayed here for one night... we were supposed to stay here and when we got there they sent us to bella capri. the area that they were in was really sketchy and near the port. the guy told us not to go out at night and go with out valuables.... enough said. there were holes in the walls... i wouldn't want to go out late becuase the stairwells were unlit and dirty and scary. it was nosy and just not worth it. i would have rather paid for a hotel. the room itself wasn't so bad but we were just in a really bad part of town and the complex was really sketchy so be careful.

I stayed in a 4-bed dorm with a charming balcony and no bunk beds! The common room was very nice and breakfast (toast w/ jam and cornflakes) was convenient (and a great value at only 16 Euro/night!). The bathrooms looked recently re-done and were VERY clean and well-maintained as is the rest of the hostel. Naples isn't as scary as everyone says, so be sure to add it to your itinerary! Also, if going to Capri, check out Calamar shipline, but beware as the prices of tickets fluctuate depending on the time of day you sail. And lastly, this hostel is on the 7th floor (it's only drawback!) so be sure to look "up" when trying to find it.

This hostel is fabulous! The rooms are clean, the location is close to everything, the breakfast is good, and the staff is extremely helpful, especially to someone not familiar to Napoli. And, they really do have the satellite tv and internet access as promised....something I found to be a myth among many hostels. I definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Napoli, Pompei, or anywhere else near here!!!!

happened to come across the place after a small reference from the tourist office at the train station at napoli and in retrospect did a really wise thing to trudge down the bylanes of napoli and reach the hostel. had a short but comfortable stay at the place.i wish i was running a similar place, must be very gratifying

This hostel was excellent, the best one we stayed in the whole of Italy. The rooms were fair and there was a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A bit of a walk to get there but generally in a good location as near to the port. The only thing wrong with it was that it was in Naples. Would not recomend Naples to anyone it's dangerous and dirty (beware of muggers and pick pockets). The hostel was brilliant just a shame it was in Naples.

i love luca. he's the best and anyone who says anything bad about him or anyone else who works there should be shot, especially cheeky bastards from england. i definitely reccommend this hostel to anyone travelling to napoli. it is clean friendly and very helpful. come to napoli!! napoli rocks and stay here. love, jenn from new york city

this hotel is placed conveniently by the port, so is ideal if you want to see any of the islands around naples. the staff all speak good english, and are helpful in every way. all the people that were in my room here all thought highly of the hostel. it is also very clean and has a kitchen, so you can actually cook your own dinner instead of having to eat out - a definite bonus! i'd recommend this hostel to anyone visiting naples

Having a reservation here we thought was good. We trecked half way across napoli with our backpacks in the sun because this place is in the middle of nowhere. Then they told us that we had no reservation... They sent us away telling us we must have done it incorrectly...Then 3 days later after leaving Napoli for Rome they phone us on our mobile which they got the number for off our faxed reservation which they had just found. Apparently we did have a reservation they just lost it. They told us we would not be charged for not staying there!!! Cheeky bast§#rds!!! These people should be shot. I thought I was going to collapse in that heat walking back to another hostel. I hope no one else has to suffer because of them.
