Charley Hostel is located in the Zone Colonial...and it seemed to be a good choice, until the place was raided by police men and thugs at 7am one morning. They threw all of what was in the rooms on the streets including our stuff, because the owner did not pay rent for over 2 years! Not recommended...and it is NOT a safe choice.
On the same street there is another Hoftel..(misspelled on the sign)...cheaper rates, ac in the rooms with tv and HOT water!!!!! AND is SAFE!!!!
