We (group of 5 adults)really disliked and were very dissapointed with this place. We booked and payed for a private and when we checked in, they gave us their 26 bed-dorm option because their private rooms were flooded with septic water. We asked for a refund and the receptionist refused. Also, it is across a bar where lots of drunks congregate. When it comes to security, there is none!!! Receptionist leaves at 7pm and comes back 10am. Also, my friend had numerous bug' bites all over her back. Everyone that checks-in has the entrance key to the main door of the hostel, which makes it highly probable that someone will forget to lock it properly and any uninvited guest can walk in and do some harm or steal something. Go SOMEWHERE else even if you have to pay $$$ extra. That's what we did for our security! :(
