oh my gosh, what at hole. It looked nice it smelled nice but it was NOT NICE, i'm not one to give a bad review, but i was so insulted by the staff at this place. I rember turning up perfectly on time with all my documents and being toled that my booking had been cancelled because i was late (i was 3 hours earlier) the staff verry rudly moved me into some crappy room that they probably privatly reserve for dodgy people. ewwww, Clean it was, small and boring it was also! Then i went out for the night and came in late to find someone elce in my bed! they had dubble booked the room, so after being yelled at by some guy in my bed! for waking him up i wen to cantact the manager and was toled that i had no booking!!!! enough said i got my money back and moved down the road.. Do Not Stay Here!!!

We stayed at this hotel on Saturday 14th of July, 2007. We arrived at 11.30 pm with a reservation for two nights and checked out four hours later after being woken up and bitten by fleas in our beds. We contacted the reception, where we were told that we could have our money refunded the next day by the manager. When we returned, the manager Mike Dluhy had us waiting for 20 minutes before attending our complaint. Here we were met with distrust and accusations about bringing fleas to the hotel. He mentioned that they’d only had “good customers” at the hotel. To begin with, he told us that we could only have a refund for one night and that we still had to pay for the first night.After a one hour discussion with more accusations and a rude attitude, he agreed to a full refund. We can’t recommend a stay at this flea infested hotel to anyone!!
