a converted hotel, so lots of private rooms but book a week in advance to be sure to get one..the dorms are converted hotel rooms with 3 bunkbeds & bathroom, (4-8 people max/dorm) very unusual.probably holds 300 people at full tilt.internet access & dvd nights, for those not gambling or seeing shows etc.good bar, nice big pool, BBQ nights & hostel run trips to the strip & grand canyon.fairly cheap & very safe & friendly place to stay. its a sociable place to make friends aswell.old vegas or fremont street where hostel is situated is good & well worth a look.Be careful walking between the old strip & the new strip, its a sort of land that time forgot & has a few crackheads/drunks & homeless people to dodgejust remember the big hotels like circus circus you can get a 2 double bed room for $us30/night (best prices are during the week - weekends can be double for the weekend yanks on a weekend bender), not so sociable but very cheap for 4 travellers to stay. that way your on the strip & ready spend lots of money without the long walk or cab fare!!! your choice
