Orange Drive Hostel is inside a rickety old manor house. Don’t mind the plain exterior which just looks like a small house; it has charm to spare. White, maze-like hallways lead to simple rooms with hardwood floors and old area rugs. Some shared bathrooms are old and grimy, and the kitchen/common room is small and minimal, but otherwise it is not bad. It is located just around the corner from all the attractions of Hollywood Boulevard, but is quiet enough to be miles away. Security is sufficient and staff are quietly amiable.
