Not fantastic area, and quite dirty, August 20, 2006
Reviewer: happyez from San Francisco

Pros: The stairway is interesting to walk up, the nicest part
Cons: The beds are too close together, no room for your things

Well, I cant say I would recommend this to others. I was lucky that I was staying only one night. Although the reception was nice, that is typical of big city USA - its a PR trained population. - the showers are either really hot or really cold. Not good enough - it is cleaned every day, that is obvious - but the toilets are too few for the amount of people on each floor - Internet is NOT free. It is $1 per 10 minutes. The worst I have seen worldwide (so far) - the area is full of sirens. So unless you are into wave-like notes going up and down all night, this is not the place for you.

I didnt try to cook there, I just wanted to sleep, so I cant comment on those facilities, but if I would overall, due to my experiences, give you advice, it would be - sleep here if you need to. It wont kill you, but a private room in a place that has a safer vibe, then I would recommend that - unless you are really broke, and thank the goddessh, I am not...
