I really liked this hostel. The staff was very nice. It is a very clean hostel. Simple, but good breakfast. Great atmosphere. It is downtown, a couple of blocks away from the shore, great location if you did not go to Florianopolis for the beaches. it has lockers in the rooms.

My only con was the collective bathroom in the hall. There was 3 showers in there. And if you are a shy person like me and do not want to be naked in front of other people, you need to find a away to get dressed inside the tiny shower boxe, which is not very pleasant (and there is no place to hang your clothes in there). That bathroom also put me the awkward situation when one day a naked lady wanted to make conversation with me while i tried to get in the shower.

Besides that, it is a very good hostel and i highly recommend it!
