I stayed in the Bothy Hostel a few lovely nights! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is always nice and knows how to welcome you... You can feel the latino "mi casa es tu casa" in this hostel. Rooms are not too crowded (the biggest "dorm" has 5 beds), there are also triple, double and single rooms. I was surprised by the quality of the mattresses in the dorms, they are big, new and really comfortable. They just inaugurated a new bar where you can chill out after having explored Arequipa and trekked mountains and canyons. They offer tourist information and speak very well english. We have access to a small kitchen, and they offer cafeteria services (breakfast). They can even organize movie nights for you! You will leave this hostel with new friends! It is worth stopping by!

The Bothy Hostal is well situated in the center of Arequipa. The house is very well maintained by a friendly and very helpfull staff. Possibility to book trekkings and other trips right there: Colca Canyon, Misti Climbing and much more... Great new bar inside the hostal!
