BUG review
Bridport Seaside Lodge is a beautiful purpose-built hostel with exposed beams, polished Tasmanian oak floors and huge windows to take in the sea views. The hostel's facilities include a common area that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge with a TV and a nice front deck with a barbecue. Accommodation is in small, clean and comfortable rooms.

a little dated, but the position is very good close to town and hotel.

Pros: very pretty location and very good rooms
Cons: could do with a bit of an overhaul per kitchen and lounge

We found this a lovely place to stay overlooking the bay , a very friendly little town the hotel is close by for a drink and a path winds along the foreshore,. the owner is unobtrusive but full of help, great little place to stay .

was there last April. really good hostel, brand new, with nice colours, good beds, warm quilts and really clean bathrooms. the kitchen is open onto the common room, which helps you meeting people, and you have a nice view of the sea. security is unexistant, but it doesn't really matter as you don't feel any need for security!!! the owner is extremely friendly, and brings oysters sometimes!

nothing to do really in Bridport except a coastal walk, but good base to explore the Launceston area.
