BUG review
Asses Ears is a sprawling hostel on a 160 ha rural property about a 45-minute drive from Halls Gap. Facilities include an outdoor kitchen with a huge barbecue and a nice common area with a television area and a bar with a piano and pool table. There is also a swimming pool. Accommodation is in tidy cabins with en suite bathrooms. The property has a 1200m-long airstrip where kangaroos often graze early in the morning. It is a great spot to stay for a rural Australian experience.
