BUG review
This hostel is comprised of a couple of old houses on a quiet residential street near the tourist information centre/swimming pool complex. Facilities include two basic kitchens (no ovens), a TV lounge, laundry and a room with a pool table and coin-operated internet plus an outdoor area with a barbecue and table tennis. The amenities feel a bit tired but with the right crowd it could be a fun place to stay.

A really good working hostel with charm, and excellent work connections, great place to save, free BBQ, Ping pong, Pool, PS2 to keep you entertained. the group of people that have been here while i have been staying were awsome with even long term occupants being friendly and welcoming. the staff are friendly (although i have a tendency to get up to mishchief on the nighttime, which i got a telling off for ) the only complaints are the lack of things to do around mildura and the ghetto internet, im looking forward to going back to pick oranges

Mildura International Hostel is a poor hostel overall. The rooms vary in size and quality. It is in bad shape, with ill-equipped, semi-clean kitchens and bathrooms, very little indoor lounge space or seating, and poorly maintained buildings. This is a work hostel, and to their credit, they did find me work (I arrived late night on a Tuesday, and was employed Thursday morning). The service is easygoing (some might call it poor.) I will definitely not stay here again.

the kitchen could be more organised and a guy called mick is no help to the customer service credit of this hostel. but rooms normally have just two or three people in and reguarly FREE b.b.q's is good. you used to be able to take the hostel vans to work whick was a plus but now you will get ferried around by a fat ozzie in an INTERNATIONAL backpackers. best hostel in mildura town, recommended for saving money
