Le Gite 3 Devon Street, Hanmer Springs Tel (03) 315 5111 Website www.legite.co.nz BUG review Le Gite is a lovely little hostel in a cottage two minutes’ walk to town. It is warm and cosy, and smartly decorated. Dorms have only three or four single made-up beds, and each is painted in nice colours and has a bedside light. There is a quaint kitchen and TV lounge with sofas, books and a log fire where you can use the internet (including Wi-Fi). There is a nice outdoor veranda with a new barbecue. It is a simple, but clean and comfortable place to stay.
