BUG review
The Hobbit is an attractive property, but one that is geared more towards its higher-end lodging. The backpackers’ section is clean and beds are nicely made up with electric blankets but there is almost no communal space and kitchen facilities are minimal. All dorm rooms come with TVs, which just adds to the lack of any social atmosphere. There’s a nice outdoor spa pool surrounded by trees, and room to hang out outside, but there is very little real backpacker feel here. It is better-suited for those looking for quiet and not particularly hoping to mingle with and meet other travellers.
