BUG review
The Alpine Lodge is a nice hotel/hostel with a relaxing atmosphere. The dorms are above a café, and have long rows of bunks with good mattresses laid out side-by-side. The bathrooms and the fully-equipped kitchen are clean and there is a spacious TV lounge with new sofas and a wooden veranda. Guests can use the laundry facilities and there is a bar and restaurant in the adjoining hotel building. It is a bit institutional and basic, but if you are staying in St Arnaud, it is a good choice.
