BUG review
Sheltered Waters is the biggest backpackers in Russell, with all of 16 beds. It’s set in a nice house with a front patio and a big backyard with lots of lush flora. There’s a spa pool, trampoline and a barbecue in the back courtyard, as well as an aviary and a cat prowling around. The living room has a homely, lived-in feel, with portraits and family photos, and there are very good kitchen facilities. The dorm room itself seemed a bit on the crowded side with 10 beds, but the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting.
