BUG review
This is a brand new, purpose-built hostel about five minutes’ drive south of town and just a short walk to the beach. It is a lovely place with vaulted ceilings, large windows and high-quality woodwork. The kitchen is spacious and spotless, and the common area has great sofas, books and a warm log fire. There is free internet access and laundry facilities. There are no conventional dorms, just two-bed dorms (shared twin rooms) at backpackers’ prices. It doesn’t have the usual backpackers’ atmosphere, as it caters to a more “mature” crowd most of the time.
