BUG review
Kackling Kea is a small orange house with a good bit of charm and nicely maintained facilities that include a quiet common room with handsome décor and big plush sofas (but no TV), a nicely renovated kitchen with new appliances, internet access, laundry and a barbecue area. Accommodation is in a few dorms with new carpet and wooden bunks with made-up beds. It has a quiet atmosphere and there is freshly baked bread in the morning for breakfast. The location south of the city centre is most convenient if you have a car.

About BUG's hostel reviews
This hostel was visited by one of BUG's team of hostel inspectors who write independent reviews and assess a star rating based on an objective assessment criteria.

We show up unannounced at hostels to write honest and unbiased hostel reviews. Many of BUG's reviews now feature videos and photo slideshows. BUG never receives payment for listing any establishment and BUG's researchers never accept free accommodation in exchange for favourable reviews.
