Pros:
View from the roof/ kitchen/ only dining area to bondi beach
Cons:
Dripping roofs, outdoor kitchen-not good when its raining.

The kitchen is on the roof- bad idea in the rain. No where to sit to eat your dinner as the 'dining area' is the roof also-cold and no lights!! The showers (that would be 2 female and 2 male, and 2 female and 2 male toilets for the whole hostel) were dirty and the roof dripped onto you when you were in the bathroom. Staff were helpful if you could find them. No reception and you have to phone them to get a hold of them. TV in the room didn't work and lots of other backpackers said the same about there rooms also. No other TV room or social area so you'll not really meet anyone in this hostel unless you are fighting over the one bowl they have for cereal in the morning. The beds were very comfy and the duvets were warm so that was ok. Basically it was so good I only stayed for 3 out of 7 nights and lost the money on the other 4.Also when i posted this review at their request onto their website i recieved this very spiteful immature reply, make up your own mind: Thanks for the review. I have canceled your credit note as after reading the review as you said you lost the money and now you really have. As for the rest of the review read on.
Just for the record as I said to you the bathroom dripping was a one off thing... and as I'm sure you noticed before you left it didn't happen again and the are 4 showers and 4 toilets. There is one other room in the hostel where the TV didn't work and a discount was given on account of that. I find it hard to believe there was one bowl? I counted 7 this morning maybe everyone returned them from there rooms. Why is a reception important its for checking people in and out.......we only hold 40 people its hardly justified. Thanks for the nice comments about the other stuff its just a shame no-one will read them as I've deleted your review.
