BUG Review
This place is popular despite the relatively low standard of accommodation. Posters and ads selling surfboards fill the walls (covering the peeling paint), and some of the dorms are cluttered and badly maintained. The kitchen is messy, and the toilets could be cleaner, too. But the location is great, and tanned surfers hang out watching movies in the common room, giving the place a fair amount of atmosphere. They offer free use of body boards and have good security. Internet, including wireless, is $3 per hour.

Where do I start. This Hostel is by far the best I stayed in while traveling In OZ. The staff were fun, freindly and did everything they could do to help us. What more could you ask for waking up with views of the beach and partying at the many cool pubs right on your door step at night. The Hostel had a very homely, family atmosphere and the entertainament made it great to meet everyone staying at the hostel, by the first week i knew everyone and i have defently made some friends for life. A great hostel, with great people. i'll defenetly be back

We stayed here for two nights and I would recommend this place. The room was clean with en-suite and had two comfy beds. The location is great as you are literally a minutes walk from the beach, (and the beach with the surfers is just amazing!) We did not manage the bbq as the weather was too cold, however it looks like fun. The reception girls were lovely, and very helpful!
