BUG Review
Beaches has a good backpacker atmosphere. They organise tours daily and have a laid-back common room, internet access ($4 per hour) and clean kitchen. The dorms are nice, they are set in garden cabins although the carpets are old and stained. Bathrooms are also a bit rough around the edges. However there is a good swimming pool, a sleek bar with a large screen telly, and the friendliest staff in Hervey Bay.
Price Dorm bed $22 Double/twin room $60-65 Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of all taxes.

Huge kitchen and TV area... Nice UV Bar with table dancing (you not pros), great pool. and chalet type set up...Great place to stay in Heavey and only atmosphere. Go whale wtching if in season... whales came up to the boat.FUCK all to do in Heavey... just staging area for Fraser...But this is a good place to pause...Though sometime whilst in Aus check out the RSA clubs... to meet real aussies. Poss thing to do while here. Little else other then a cinema in town

I really recommend beaches especially if you are giong to fraiser island, there the only one that have camping facilities like showers and barbecues.., so go with beaches for a good time on fraiser!
