This is an excellent place to stay with heaps of facilities, but it is rather quiet most of the time. Just outside of Hervey Bay on 1600 acres of bush land, they are most well known for their full-day package including horseback riding, a barbecue lunch, and waterskiing or wakeboarding. They also have a huge swimming pool and spa, two tennis courts, a trampoline, volleyball court, a bar and bistro, and a brand new movie room with cinema screen and rows of new plush couches. They have free internet access, campfire facilities, a new kitchen, laundry and a games room with an old jukebox. Dorms are clean with new comfortable beds. The family who run this place are extremely welcoming and kind. It is the perfect place for an authentic Aussie experience.
